It easily connects to your source system and handles big data volumes with a minimum of fuzz. It allows you to drill down into your data all the way down to the nitty gritty details. You access it using the tool that you know how to use: Microsoft Excel or with PowerBI. 

Verticals

SpotOnBI Accelerator is based on the SpotOnBI framework that runs on top of the Microsoft's Business Intelligence stack and is based on the Kimball methodology. We have developed different solutions for different business sectors. SpotOnBI's premiere vertical is a solution for large programme management.

Programme management vertical

Our solution for programme management uses the following data sources: planning (Primavera), cost (EcoSys) and risk (Risk Hive). Integrated into a common data warehouse that  delivers  value from Month one. Standard reports and several measures that can be used for your ad-hoc  queries. Furthermore if needed it can be adapted to your environment including new measures and source systems within week's.






EcoSys cost integration

SpotOnBi pulls out your EcoSys cost data and make it available for other solutions and reports. Your cost repository becomes discoverable and ready for integration into other business areas. In  addition data can be made available to non experts and historical changes to the cost repository are tracked period by period.

Risk Hive integration

SpotOnBi pulls out your risk data and make it available for other solutions and reports. Your risk repository becomes discoverable and ready for integration into other business areas. In  addition data can be made available to non experts and historical changes to the risk repository are tracked period by period. 

Primavera integration

SpotOnBI has a ready made integration platform for Primavera. It efficiently pulls data from Primavera projects and structures it in line with the WBS. It has never been simple to break out of the planners strait jacket and use that  Primavera data together with data from other business areas. It enables you to do global checks so that your projects are planned according to agreed processes. In  addition data can be made available to non planners and historical changes to plans are tracked period by period.
